100's of people of all ages, sex, creed and nationalities, braved icy cold water in the annual Folkestone Boxing day dip.
Some in fancy dress, some in things that left nothing to the imagination. All raising money for their chosen charities.
Some just dipped their toes in, others spent vast amounts of time within the water. But each and everyone that took part had a fantastic time.
